Scammer is Threatening Me

So, I was scammed and lost almost everything. Fortunately, I was able to recover and now I'm doing ok again. But the scammer wont leave me alone. He follows me on both of his accounts and threatens me. Just yesterday he asked for my address so he could come and kill me. I have gotten over the whole thing but no matter where I go he seems to wind up there shortly afterwards. I had reported him multiple times for different things but nothing is changing. His Ign is Happytreeguy and xxnubguyxx If he was banned i would be so happy because hes just annoying and is going to far with the threats... I'm sorry if i put this in the wrong thread i wasn't sure what section to use.

He's probably doing it for teh lulz meng. He can't harm you, if he ks's you just let me know i'll buddy you right now and i'll help you out/threaten him back. He's probably some soft lil kid who wants to feel tough over the interwebs but odds are if you ignore him he'll leave, reacting to his actions will just feed his esteem and most likely will make him want to keep doing it.

Dude ANY form of threats are illegal, get his IP and take screen shots and get the cops on his ass, you can also sue for quite a hefty sum for emotional damage.
