How do I get the sights thats kind of like holographic from cod? When I pick guns up they have it...

this is probably because of the very crappy new user interface but you need to have a certain rank before you can buy some items.

itech needs csm rank to unlock lol but yeah, if you really want something like itech check the black market. theres a scope just like it, except it has +2 more aiming

The reflex sight, requires you to have the rank with the little star in the middle of the chevrons.
