If I WAS to replace my 50-dex aran with combo king medal (95% I'll keep it) and make a dexless aran...would there be any medal to replace the combo king one?

Is the event over or something? If it is, ouch. I think Quest Medal could sort of replace it, it you won't get it till 80~90+

Quest Specialist Medal is equal, only it's got +10 jump as opposed to +5 acc. Also, it'll take you a heck of a long time until you get it.

Probably not. You can't scroll medals. 5 Acc is much more better than the other medals. Also considering Combo King Medal has +3 all stats whereas the other medals are all generally +2.

You could probably xfer the medal to the new aran when PSoK comes out.
