Okay i went on yesterday and dled the new patch. I then procedeed to make my PIC and write it down on a piece of paper taking care to make sure it was right. This morning i try to log on and it says my PIC is wrong.. i cant believe it.. i tried every combination i can incase i was wrong but its not working. What am i sposed to do.. i mean nexon isnt gonna help... ugh.. time to try again... they didnt even change it to log on from the website -_-

I do believe you can reset your PIC on the website or something. I made a thread somewhere asking regarding that.

You can do a PIC reset like you would do a PIN reset on the Nexon website.

There is a reset PIC button on the website when you log in. Have you tried that?

Oh man.. Okay i did the reset but it turns out i used a different email to my own... which was my sisters email from about 4 years ago.. the one she doesnt know the password too... I HATE THIS NEW SYSTEM! yay for losing my account...... woo.

Okay i called her up and got the email back... now how long does the reset information take to get to the email because its been 10 minutes and still no email.

It's usually instant email. Try sending it again? Are you sure it was your sis's email?

I think there might be problem with the PIC reset system, which makes sense considering that the PIC system was just released. I tried resetting my PIC today and still haven't gotten the email for the reset information.
