Yahoo WONT let me re-create my e-mail for my PIC.

I press create account and it makes my password like 34 characters long and the confirmation to type in the security key goes away. I then press create account again and nothing happens. So I don't know what to do! ): How will I recieve my e-mail for my PIC if I can't re-make the e-mail? Because the account I originally registered MapleStory for I haven't logged into in months. And I found out inactive yahoo mails get deleted after 3 months.. So it's gone now, but I still CAN'T remake my e-mail. What do I do?
