How much are these godly pants worth?

I got these Black Knucklevest Pants (Male) and I didnt really pay attention when I got them, but when I was going to NPC them, I noticed that they were pretty godly. These pants have +3 Luk and 26 Def, and I found that very odd for a level 35 pant. I was looking at hiddenstreet and the average one is 1 luk and 24 def, but says they can only have 1 or 2 luk. Truth is 1st off "Dont NPC friggin black" now that I got that off my chest, lol. They are kewl not worth a ton but with above avg etc can sell to the right buyer at a premium. BTW my reason for the "DONT NPC" is because this is the only way you can get thouse pants, see. lol. try for a millionish.

try scrolling it for dex, if you get a minimum of 12 dex, its a nice equip

No one will buy it for over 1 million, if anyone does want it. Most people actually go for china sets because getting 90 dex isn't hard if you're going lowdex. It also comes with 3-4 stats. Your best bet seriously is to just attempt at scrolling it.
