So far i never saw there classes Hero, Brawler ( 4th job ), Corsairs, Marksmen, or Shadowers why is this

Hero is to Rush PB, Bucc. Rushing PB good attacker and SI. Corsairs Best DPS in game, Marksmen SE, Shadowers i guess they can ME that PB to death

Every windian pb has had a mm. Buccaneer is a must to kb pb and to barrel statues. Hero, just look harder, I'm sure you'll see them. Corsairs are rarer since they're not as good as nl, but are still a good replacement for those who don't have 20 180+ nls. Shad, I know Csengery hosts pbs. Rarest class at pb is probably archmage lol.

-Beginners will never get in unless their paying like 2b for whatever reason. -Corsairs would one of the most valuable classes for PB. Their better than NLs and can be made power very easily. -The two reasons you would bring a shadower would be: Smoke Screen. and Meso Explosion -Heroes are in alot, their great attackers. -Alot of people invite marksmen due to Snipe Being able to do 200k every minute or so makes them stronger on bosses like PB/Zakum/HornTail than BMs are for them. -Buccaneers would only be brought for Time Leap and Infusion , infusion helps a lot more than people think, and people tend to die alot at PB so Time Leap is a useful skill. -As far as arch mages go, you might see Ice/Lightning arches due to Chain Lightning , but you'd never see Fire/Poison. Lastly, the only real question i have about PB, is why the hell do people take NLs when they could take Corsairs that do twice, or more, than a NLs damage.
