I've heard a bit about this but idk what it's all about can someone explain plz?

You're probably referring to the balance patch. Adventurer skills will be buffed (Double Shot will be raised from 80% per shot to 110%, and you may have seen the "Steal or not to Steal" controversy going on), and Adventurer Rings may be released.
