What's the average price for on VIP and non-VIP nowadays? What are the best stats to hope for on it for a warrior? PS-I'm not dex-less

Not many people go on runs with looters anymore, because people karma and sell the zhelms instead. An avg Karma-ed zhelm will cost from about 60~65 mil.
