Is the Recoil Shot for 2nd Job the same distance traveled at lvl 1 and lvl 20? If not, how far does it change each Master Level?

Recoil shot's distance does increase each lvl but i am not sure how much.

Recoil's distance increases every 4 levels, I believe.

Ty, but by how much? I'm thinking about making a Slinger.

How much? Do you mean by how many pixels? it's really hard to measure unless you measure by pixels or something..

Sure, pixels. Why not? That sounds good.

My Recoil Shot, at level 10, shoots me no more DETECTABLE distance than it did at level 1. It just seems to me that i didn't fly any further. It could be as Jack said, though. All I know for certain is that the range of Recoil Shot increases every level, as in the bullet you shoot will fly further.

Ohh. But do you fly Backwards or Forwards? and what is the earliest level that you can get this skill? Ty guys.
Podolski 02/11/10 + PM | QUOTE | PERMALINK | REPORT
You fly backwards. Does it really matter how far it goes at lower levels? You max all your skills besides grenade (because its useless ovcourse) by lv 67.

[/quote] It may influence his build. On my NW, I maxed Flash Jump directly after critical, contrary to the advice of many guides, and Vampire was nearly last. I wanted the further jumping to come first; perhaps he wants to have further jumping come first.

Yes, once i get to lvl 32 or so, i want the recoil asap. Then i will start on mastery and wings, then the mob move, the invisible shot thing? So yes, it does influence my build. He's at lvl 14 right now. I just started him. Any good training spots? I still need info on the Recoil Shot distance though.

Henesys PQ is a good PQ at your level, though personally I find it easy enough to level on other places that I rarely PQ until 28. I would recommend Mastery first, though, and then Invisible Shot, and then 8 Recoil and max Wings. Without Mastery, then at level 36, you will still be hitting Double Shots at 300s sometimes and 1s every other. The mob move helped a lot in CPQ. Also, it turns out that Jack was right; Recoil Shot distance does indeed increase every four levels. My Gunslinger had Recoil at 7 (earlier I was slightly exaggerating), and when I levelled, I put in one point, and there was a noticable increase in jump distance. At level 8, Recoil Shot goes quite a far distance. I compared it to my NW's Flash Jump (not max yet), and they're nearly identical except for the long cooldown of Recoil Shot. Level 8 is good enough, and then I would go with Wings. Wings really sucks below level 6 and has almost no use, except to drain your MP. Wings maxes at 10, so it'll also be faster to max Wings. This is just my opinion, though. My Gunslinger, at 49, has 19 Mastery, 20 Invisible Shot, 8 Recoil Shot, 2 Booster, 1 Grenade, and 7 Wings.
