Warrior "Drought in Perion" Quest Help?

For the Warrior 12str hat quest you gotta do a quest callled "Drought in Perion" so like I go to the map to find the fire hydrants but I cant see any? Any explanations? :[ Did they patched it and are they gonna to repatch it back? o.o Or am I just Blind?

Well, when i did the quest for my magician, I had to go to Kerning City to find the hydrants. Try KC if you can't find it. It's to the right of KC.

It's glitched at the moment, they took the hydrants out when they put the Subway Cleanup thing in. Hopefully they'll fix it after the patch.
