Yeah, so I had my very first beep test in my life and im in grade 11, 16 years old. I got 8. My stamina needs improvement. although i have muscle i need to work on my cardio and endurance. urgh How were your results?

Last time I did the beep test was in grade 9, in which I got 10. These days we do the 12 minute run. Got 2.9km for that.

For all of you that don't know : Beep test goes up like 1, 1.1, 1.2 1.3...etc Pacer test must go up by 1 each time then? I'm hearing lots of numbers that seem impossible with a beep test :S
