Paper Plane throwing stars?

Hey all, Anyone got any idea as to how to recharge paper fighting plane throwing stars? I've checked the Showa grocer and the robe shop and some shops on Vic Island - but nothing. I don't have enough money for a new set of stars, so recharging them would be good. Thanks

You can recharge them in a certain place. I just forget where.

I think you have to do a quest in showa town to recharge it

u gotta do hanakos or w/e her name is quest she has u bring her cloud fox tails after u do all her quests u cn get paper planes and oranges and recharge them as well happy mapling
