Is Hacking like this possible?

so, i was on my merch char, (same account as my Bishop) and some guy trades me and trades a Dark Crystal ore. after the trade, as a polite person would, i say thanks, and he replies, no, thank you, Info tracking so i wanted to ask the basil community, is hacking in this way possible? is it possible to 'track' some ones info in this way? i asked my guildies/alliance, and some say there are 'RUMORS' that this is possible, while others are more skeptical. here is an SS of what he said, for all those 'SS or it didnt happen'-people

There are rumors that this is possible, but personally, I don't think people can do it. First of all, it's very complicated to do, from a programming standpoint. Secondly, it's crazy illegal, so if they ever got found out, they'd go to jail for many years. Which seems like a waste, for an online game. Bottom line, I think the guy's lying.

Its impossible... If they COULD do that they would be hacking some of the richest people in maple, for example herotex. I mean, who wouldnt want a godly hackd item, if they didnt know it was hacked? If his items were trackers, then he could just hack a godly glove, give it away, and boom, he has herotex's account. So yeah It is not possible.

pretty sure u wont get hacked like that but theres a chance u will. im pretty sure i got hacked due to the fact that i brought something in the fm and its rather they hacked me because of that or the chance that nexon has leaked our infomation out

A friend/member of my guild was traded by an owner of an Acur(a) Cheap shop in Bera and the owner of the Acur(a) Cheap shop put up a scroll and clicked trade. My friend clicked cancel, but took an SS before that. The SS is now somewhere on Basil. I think it's titled "Acur(a) real proof of hacking." or something like that. You'll know it's my friend's SS b/c his ign is ItsKonan. Idk if the rumours are true though, but that's reason enough for me to believe it. I'm sry if you get hacked bro. I think the best thing to do is transfer all ur crap to another account. :/ Edit: Im just putting this out there. If you AFK in CS or MTS I don't think you'll get hacked since you're still on and they have no way of d/cing you. Therefore, they can not go on your account to steal anything. Just putting it out there..........

It is *remotely* possible although very, very difficult ... if someone was skilled enough to do something like that, I doubt transferring to mules would help

Well, if I can get hacked by not giving away my info, just talking smack about that one "Car company" sellers, I'm pretty sure this is possible. Sadly, I didn't know about those sellers, talked crap about them, and boom. I wasn't even on the whole time of the incident, so yeah be careful. This is no lie, my info is difficult to figure out, only items of worth were lost, along with mesos. So I suggest you xfer to mules. OT: It's very possible, difficult, but possible, yet stupid...
