What can I do about this KSer?

This person constantly follows me and kills, and only fights when I fight. He KS'ed me for three hours yesterday, and has returned to KS me even more. His characters names are DexsinM, Franki07, Fazalina. But mostly DexsinM because he is a higher leveled Dawn Warrior that kills the MP3 mobs in one hit. So even if my friends come it won't change much at all. Help please.

The person was afk for a while, on the car. So I decided to take the map and killing. After thirty minutes he starts following me and ksing and not saying anything.
