Starting up my I/L again, need some advice.

Decided to start training my I/L again when I feel unmotivated/bored on my Crusader, so yay. :> Anyway, just got him to 52. I do about 1.2K-1.5K with Lightning on Truckers. Should I stay there until 55-60? Well, I can read guides, I'm not illiterate, just need some equipment help. I'm going to keep him LUKless. I don't know if that's the best option since elemental wands are so freaking tempting... but yeah. I need some equipment help. He's got no INT bonuses.. |: Here's what he's got right now: Below average 49 magic attack Yellow Umbrella. Blue Starry Bandana (I'm going to be hunting PoT when I hit Hero and APQing daily to try and get money for a zHelm..) Clean sauna. Clean red whitebottom shoes. I don't know what happened to his old equips that were semi decent, he had a pretty nicely scrolled YWG. <.< Anyway, if you can help with equipment (and their approximate cost), that'd be fantastic. I can't really do decent damage at MP3, and I miss quite a bit, which is why I'm at Truckers for the time being.

Honestly, I did Truckers on 8x from 50-70, but that was cuz I REALLY hated MP3. But yeah, stay Truckers till about 58-60, then move onto MP3. Add me, I can help you since I'm in Windia also Off Topic: Maybe we can be ToT buddies?

Why don't you use a Nocturnal Staff instead? I dunno, I've always loved the HP Boost, but that's just me (and hey, it's free, man!). I don't know what else other people get, but in my case, I always worked on my weapon first, then moved onto things like earrings, cape, etc. Shoes, Shields and Gloves for Lukless mages are pretty expensive imo.

@ClricSakura - That'd be great, thanks. :] I'll buddy you tomorrow on my Crusader. @mrhung - I was going to buy a Lama Staff but my friend offered me a Yellow Umbrella he had lying around so I took it. Some of his equips magically disappeared so I was happy to have a decent weapon. x_x @ravkin - It's still good exp. I think I'd kill way slower at MP3 as opposed if I stayed at Truckers, so.. yeah. @Dous - I have a pet, so no worries. :V

Selkie Jr and Slimy have more Hp than Truckers but also give more exp. You could always just go train at both for 10 minutes and see which place is better for exp. MP3 and Truckers are close to each other that testing the exp rate won't be much of a hassle.

[/quote] Slimy is also weak to lightning so your damage to Slimy and Truckers should be about the same. Your damage to Selkie Jr should be weaker though. Of course, since Truckers is more comfortable for you to train on then stick with Truckers. I much rather you train more comfortably than to be discomforted and training faster.

Well, I liked MP3 when Pirates came out, got my Brawler to Marauder pretty fast. But now, it's just heaven for pretty much every class so I have a terrible time getting a map unless I'm nocturnal / get up early. I'll probably stay at Truckers until 55/60, whenever I can 100% them. After focusing on getting a decent Maple Shine Staff or whatever the 64 Maple Weapon is, what should I focus on after that? Investing into a zHelm is a priority as well, anything else?

Investing into a zHelm is a priority as well, anything else? [/quote] Your first and main priority should be E.Wand 3 then E.Wand 4. You only need an average Shine/Wisdom until you get an E.Wand. Resell the Shine/Wisdom to help get the needed funds for an E.Wand. You should have a Marbas helm so Zhelm should not be a priority and isn't even needed anymore.

I'm playing on eMS and i've got 74 WK, 72 priest and actually i'm lvlin i/l- he's 57 atm. I loved lvling on truckers since i found one buddy to kill on bottom and on middle- than u can stand on sign on top and just spam TB! I suppose u should stay there as long as possible but at lvl 60 the exp ratio will slow down drastically so move to MP3 or maybe even to pirates in herb town ( i always liked that map). I haven't played GMS for a while so idk how it is on MP3- are tehre many ppl killing on every platform or one person/map? If there are several people u can easily find spot and kill only on hummer- than only take drops and u will earn easy money and exp will be great. Uff... much writing ;)
