Does DB replace PKB completely?

So does level 1 DB replace PKB entirely at level 1? Do I go 1 freezer, snipe, and DB at 120?

I don't use PKB because I don't have anywhere to put it, but DB has a minimum range so it doesn't replace PKB. Just watch this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHHtpReSE6o

We are archers, all skills are all situational. level 1 DB could replace it at like, maybe skeles or something (thought im starting to use PKB at skeles more often now) while PKB has a edge at ToT (for me at least, and others whom post videos)

I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly, but I think PKB may work on bosses? Don't quote me on this, but I have some faint memory of KBing Mushmom. However, the monster has to have a low enough KB rate for the KB to even work, so this reason isn't quite that important as the fact as already much state, DB has a minimum range
