Someone said they where going to ban me

I know they can't ban, but they are abuseing a glich. It says "name has currently disabled whispers" and it's more than one person. It lags me out and I have to restart. Anyone else getting the same thing? Does in increase chances of getting hacked? And yes, I'm on a diffrent charicter hopeing I wont get hacked.
