well i got a few scrolls and i want to sell them, but it's neccesary to have a shop to merch? because i don't think i'll get a profit on basil

Yes. If you try spamming in the FM entrance, the merchanters are bound to try to gain profit off of you.

you can get a profit on basil, but not from selling things.. you can still make a profit by spamming in the FM, just not as much as you would with a shop permit/mush

i think it is . most of basil's scroll prices are lower than fm prices , & if you spam in fm , other merchants will just try to buy your stuff with lower prices , & the possibles of getting scammed .

well, i spam B>scrolls. then people offer me ridiciously low prices. to which i accept, then i put on basil, where the prices are reasonably high.

i used to merchant on basil........you don't make much, but it's still merchanting if you get a shop, you make money probably 2x quicker or more

And in many cases, people just want to get rid of their equips/scrolls/etc and don't care if they are not selling it for full price. That's when the merch comes in, sees the low priced nice item, buys it, and then sells it for twice as much in his/her shop xD
