What would happen if there was a 'Rare Candy' in Maplestory?

Ok, Basilers, for a moment, let us imagine that Nexon made an item called the 'Rare Candy' This item would function similar to the Pokemon version. Basically, it raises the level of the person who uses it by one. If Nexon: - allowed any player over the level of 120 to obtain a quest that rewarded this item 100% - made the quest so that it can only be done once per player What effect will it have on the economy? What price would it sell for? What effect will it have on rankings?

not true. The max EV is 510 so after you max out EVs, rare candies will give you the full benefit of levling up. Since maxing EVs would be considered level 200, rare candies are pointless UNLESS you prefer getting less SP and AP per level when using it.
