The noob hat that gives +11 str/dex/luk/int helm

Well just today i made a new char which im planing to make it become a hero. I never made a char ever since the new helm came out (the one that looks like a horse? or a donkey? or w.e) and i was wondering if someone can tell or guide me on how to do it. I just want to do it up to the point where it gives u the +11 stat helm. plz and ty -JiggaTofuu

At the moment the quest is glitched for warriors, you cannot get the helmet. The helmet for warriors looks like an owl and it gives +12 STR.

Yes it is glitched, you can't see the fire hydrants in kerning atm. The helm give a 8 acc boost as wel.
