How is my medal "below average"?

I just looked at my Quest Specialist Medal in my inventory, and its name is greyed 0.o It gives 2/2/2/2 +10a +10 Jump, is that somehow below average, or is this just some glitch?

It just does that sometimes.Ive seen items just like that idk why it happens.They are the best they can be and they r below average

are you serious, I spent 11k nx getting dynamic hair medal for 10 acc and 5speed/jump, and this quest medal outdoes it? ohwellz i hated doing quests anyway

Ive seen my friends drop them and pick up the new. You just have to forfeit the quest in the Medal Section in your medal log.

Um actually I am a bit confused about how this will work... can someone explain exactly what I need to do to get a new medal? I don't want to lose it :/

Drop it, forfeit w/e medal quest you have accepted (the one's that you can only do 1 of at a time. That's... celebrity, veteran hunter, PQmania... and some others. Anyway, forfeit whichever of those you have accepted and you'll be able to accept quest specialist again :0 i just upgraded my quest specialist today

Simply put, drop the medal, go back to the guy and he'll pretty much give you a new one. You may have to forfiet the quest or re-take it or something... but if you have the medal now, you'll be able to get it again (the quests will still count). It seems that they upgraded the stats of the medal a little while ago... anyone who didn't know about this needs to do it. It's not a glitch like some people said.
