I just wanted to know if HP washing is a must for both bowmen, even if i didnt want to boss. Because i was looking at a thread where the TS asked ppl if he should play a BM or a hero, and ppl kept saying hero, unless the TS could afford HP washes. Thanks in advance.

No. There is an alternative to HP Washing, which is just adding HP and keeping it like that. You'd only need the HP to go to Skeles or HornTail earlier mostly. You'll also want the HP for Pink Bean.

well you can hp wash abit , considering the fact that BM's and MM's get good amount of MP to hp wash . Also its good for killing skeles and other monsters like that. considering cwkpq , and zak .

HP washing isn't extremely necessary, unless you want to boss/skele at an earlier level, like spiritrival said. I personally only HP washed enough to go to HT at 150.

Blooding is just adding your AP points directly into HP to gain HP. They do this because it isn't too much to sacrifice in terms of damage. HP washing is putting on INT gear, giving you more mana, then using AP resets to use that mana into HP

@Above poster Basically you just pump your AP into HP for X amount of time. X varies per person, depending on how much they were willing to. I added 56 points. It's not necessary, but it's very useful for bossing/some monsters at earlier levels. http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r71/Kyensho/KeisoruJan18th2010.jpg It wasn't necessary, but I wanted to be able to take more hits without needing to use more potions than necessary by using potions that healed more than I needed. It's useful that I can skele early on and do a few more boss runs. I personally didn't want to HP wash, so I decided to blood build.

Well I heard about this earlier, apparently you can just add a number of points into HP directly then reset out of MP later, not sure much about it. For example, add 10 points into HP, then when there's a sale of AP resets, reset from MP into Dex/STR.

No hp washing has never been a requirement and it never will, if you can't learn to pot after every hit then this isn't the job for you

hp washing isn't a requirement, but it will be if you want to fight pink bean or boss early on. there are alot of equips and stuff the give hp, but i suggest blood building if you don't want to use nx as noted above me, even with blood building you will have heal yourself contently because you will only be able to take one hit from high lvl monsters.
