my nx cards are not valid

I just bought NX giftcards from cvs. When i try to enter the code into nexon it says they are not valid. I sent aa letter to nexon but they have not got back to me. If any can help me out on wut to do i would appericate it alot.

If they were activated, try O's as 0's or take a picture of them and send it to nexon?

maybe cvs didn't scan the card because they need to be scanned to be used to work.

Did you ask the cashier to activate the card? They don't work otherwise. I had to learn that the hard way.

they're automatically activated when they're scanned at registered for purchase, arent they? @above. u cant return it once the thing is scratched. ask them to scan it again though.

Me too. But it was at target... Shee only scanned one card AND go to the store and ask them for a refund.
