Break-up, Someone moving in too quick, help.

Hi, this is for a friend of mine who recently had a break-up. heres the story - names are made up. So my mate *Bob has been going out with a girl called *Kate and they hit it off great and everything. But then Kate broke up with Bob and understandably Bob was very hurt. The thing is, this other guy *Frank has always liked Kate and now that shes broken up has moved in on her, after only about 5 days of the break up. The issue is that Bob is now hurt and angry about Frank. Everyone is telling Frank to back off and give it some time but he just tells them to mind their own business(in a much ruder way) and just today, apparently Frank gave Kate some roses, flirting with her and all that. I'm worried for my friend Bob and thats why i made this thread, is there anything i can say or do to help Bob out? Thanks Basil.

Lol, whatever you think basil, im just here to try get help. if it helps u can think that im bob. the thing is, kate knew both frank and bob and chose bob before they went out. so frank could be seen as 'biding his time'. i still think he went in too fast.
