| Ok im a lvl 71 BW and i decided to go the Falme Gear first path and the pot burn is not a problem but flame gear is not fast at all? Like I go to kents it does 600 dmg to them for 4 seconds and than it stops and it just goes really slow. So i was training at Boopers and the exp there is good how ever flame gear is not even needed. When does Flame Gear get good and lasts long enough for me to train at kents? I have 586 magic and 3 Flame Gear and 1 Flame Strike. Thanks Basil! |

| Flame Gearing is far better than FSing it just needs to be a higher level. At level 85 you should be getting over a level an hour on 1x at skeles. 70-76 just use level 4 FS at Boopers and add the rest in Gear, then 76 go to Kents and learn how to gear efficientely. |

| flame gear sucks even when it's maxed. I maxed firestrike on my blaze and was able to get 100% an hour effeciantly. Flame Gear was useless even when maxed. |
Hell if i know what you're doing playing a blaze wizard. Max flame gear reduces a monster's hp to 1 in 40 seconds, starting from when they are lit on fire. You flame an entire map, change channels and repeat in that channel, then go back and kills the 1-hp monsters while laying new flames. BAM, fast training. @ topic starter, flame gear is pretty much useless until it's maxed, so keep going at it. |

Takes me like 5-7 seconds to kill up to 6 gallops at a time. That's averaging about a little over a second per gallop since the map is so crowded anyways. |
Compare: Max Gears + level 1 Fire Strike at level 80 at Gallopera vs Max Strike + level 1 of any skill at level 80 at Galloperas. There is a difference. Level 1 Fire Strike is sufficient to mob Galloperas, then Gears brings them down while you deal more damage with Pillar. Now max Fire Strike at level 80 at Galloperas is another story. You won't be able to kill them quickly. What's my point? Gears at 80 makes for faster training, then you can max Fire Strike right afterwards and continue to Gallopera as opposed to struggling at level 80 with max Fire Strike. Potion burning is besides the point. We all know Blaze Wizards burn potions faster than they burn monsters. |
