I was laid off my job do to the state of the economy. I lost my house too -- It's Someone Else's House now. I live in the Parking Lot with Leader B and Extra D now, but I don't like it. Leader be is always smacking me and never shares his Kinoko Ramen and Extra D is gross and leaves her Finger Nails everywhere.

I discovered the Beginner ranks, saw Vaff at rank 1 when he was level 70. And was all like "wow, you can do that?" then FluffCano was made. ;o Years later, FluffCano is nowhere to be found.

I made mine to be different 'cause I barely saw any beginners. Reaching goals that mean next to nothing for jobbies actually feel like an achievement for beginners. I could never get past level 100 and got very frustrated when I died since training was so slow at the time, so I thought a beginner would be the right style of playing for me. A lot of my most pleasant memories on this game are from when I played my beginner, and most of my friends were made simply because I played a beginner. But then I got to 91 and it got extremely slow, I couldn't hang out with any jobbed friends because I wasn't helpful, more people made beginners in Broa, old beginner friends that I hung out with often quit, and it just lost whatever it once had. No idea how I'll hit 100 with this grand amount of motivation, but I'm not quitting her altogether. I just find more fun, tangible goals on my Corsair at the moment, since I finally did manage to hit 4th job. Too bad she's ___ed up too with the stupid cannon quest glitch. But, yeah, it's like I was telling Adam, I really miss the days when Taffy wasn't even 70 yet. Progress was made constantly, I made many friends often, I wasn't even close to any type of notable rank, and I didn't give a -meep- about damage. I was completely separate from the beginner community and no one knew about me which was awesome >:D I actually feel as though I'm reverting back to some of these things, though. For instance, I don't feel like part of the community at all anymore. I barely talk to very few of the beginners that are new to Broa. In fact, I barely talk to ANY of my friends now ^_^ Just my boyfriend and closer friends. It's so peaceful. xD

To add to my story, I was discriminated by the job chiefs so much I cried in an alley of Lith Harbor. Olaf spat at me, but then the potion shop owner took me in and consoled me. I felt better and she recommended me to seek the two shopkeepers that would sell me a double axe and a set of level 11 clothes. As a gift, the shopkeeper of the armor shop gave me a White Bandana and wished me good luck. Just outside the armor shop, I stole a section of fencing and fastened a couple of ropes on it to use as a makeshift shield. This is when I knew my calling; a Beginner. Again, as I stated before, I didn't realize Beginners were played so much, so I thought I was original at first. I also forgot warriors needed 35 STR to advance and I only had around 30. So I just stuck with it. Nikki: I remember the days when I too was a nub Beginner. I remember at level 1x, 2x, and even 3x, nobody really paid me any mind, positive or negative. The occasional comment here and there, and I tried to go for negative fame. I wasn't bombarded with "omfg Begginar" comments nor "l0l b3gin3rs r ph41l". To be honest, in the earliest days, I didn't even realize the Beginner community was so large and I assumed the high leveled ones would just be stuck up and rude. I never really got into the Beginner community until level 36, when Alyssa got me into Khaini's Beginners guild. She was one of the first Beginners I saw off-island when she had a store open. I slowly wedged myself in and learned more about the Beginner community. Now I'm at the point where I don't want to be in a guild of any sort and I pretty much only associate with the friends I made beforehand, fairly resistant to making new ones at first. I remember when I was level 5x, things blossomed for me; I was making friends in Broa (Nikki, Zach, Andrew, Steve, Ryan, Lynne, Nick, David, Ted, and anyone else I missed), I was training extremely efficiently (500k/hr 4x'ing, going up from 51-64 within about two weeks), and I was starting to get better stuff. Now it feels like everything is going downhill for me; my friends are quitting and/or going inactive (going on jobbies doesn't count), the community seems to be changing rapidly, and I'm getting side-tracked with college and my other characters. Now also seems to be an age you have to "keep up" with everyone else and high level Beginners all have some high level of drama like celebs do IRL. I don't grind 3-4 hours straight on my Beginner because every day I feel more and more like my work is for naught and that I'm "wasting my time". At this point, I feel little motivation to go on, except maybe to hit triple digits almost completely through my lone efforts. If I can make a personal achievement of reaching level 100 without PQs and very limited partying, I consider my goals met even if I'm not #1 or the richest or whatever. It's a long road, but I've come too far and spent too much time on this character to throw in the towel.

I picked a beginner mainly because I tried every other class and was very bored. I wouldn't have gotten past level, 17 (or something around that) because of the epic bordness. I was about to quit, when Ryan and Steve where looking for a third person to HPQ with them so they could farm those documents for agent earings. I decided to PQ with them for a last time before I left. After a few pq's, Steve decided to be the genorous person he is and gives me a pair of Stirgeman pants, and a 6DEF white T-Shirt. That kind act got me to keep playing as a beginner, and get to 65 (only having to get through 3+ beginners.) Now, I'm like, 23 due to my character getting deleting by my brother. I would be a much higher level, but I'm lacking a computer that likes to close the Internet in 30 seconds.

to tell the truth i was on my mage when i still played in windia and saw beginnerxtom afk in heny. i decided to make one not expecting it to make even lvl30. then it passed every account i ever made f3. then i moved to scania and noclass was what kept me going. and the main deciding factor... cheap taxi rides that is the only reason i made one T-T
