You can packet edit to block DC hacking, or something like that. But that itself is also illegal in MS ~ Also if someone offers it to you, be careful about it. Could have keylogger, virus, whatevss

The easiest and best way to avoid the d/c hack is to have a high end network filter that blocks the sending/recieving of packets with the same data. You would set the amount u want to allow at a time, and mess with it until it no longer creates a network/packet buffer flood. The D/C hack works by sending a packet with a whisper, chat, or any other chat type in maple in its data. Then it sends this packet several times in a short period of time until it floods your network and causes an instability in the client/server connection, thus kicking you out of the game. As people have said you can block all forms of chat but they can track you and do the same for the entire map via all chat, so your best bet is a network filter as I mentioned. Its not considered against the tos because it is a type of security program not a hacking, botting, or program that gives you a direct advantange in game.

I would think/hope they can tell you whether something is against the ToS or point you in the right direction. Then again they did nothing to fix my problem causing any nexon game to disable my PS/2 ports at close of client (they kept giving me a general message despite my reference to the previous messages)
