I got the marker of heroism, but how do i use it?

I dont get it, its just in my set up menu and I cant do anything with in in the Jump Quest part... How do i use this? Pwease helppp

Go to the first statue to your right and just hold your up arrow until you get to the portal, and repeat for the second one.

Press up on the statue that isn't an NPC. Careful because at some spots the tower thing can still hit you so just hold up.
