Ok, so as most of you know, there is a gachapon stamp event going on. So I bought 10k nx, got 11 tickets, and gachaponed at mush shrine. But then I didn't get the stamps, or when i bought them. My etc inventory wasn't full and I checked thoroughly for them. Then i logged a ticket to nexon. Here is their response. As stated in our Terms of Use there is no refund or exchange of items. We are also not able to extend the duration of items. Please hover over the item and read carefully when purchasing a Cash Shop item. If any compensation is to be given for these sort of issues, it will be announced on the website. Yea.. Nexon's customer service is the worst in the world. YET they are rated the best customer service. Why ? Becuase they go : "Hey guy's vote for us in the best customer service and get 1knx !." They Win, We Lose

Wow... I would be so angry at them. For once, there is a real reason to hate nexon. F7 @above, thats coming from an nx hoar. Not everyone can afford $10 on a game.

I was glitched with my old empty ring box for a year and a half. The ringmaker didn't allow me to make another one, thanks to my old fiance who dropped the engagement ring while I was offline. I've sent many tickets to Nexon, complaining about the glitch, but I got the stupid auto-message everytime. Anyways, nexon wins, we lose. There's not much we can do.
