2010 Winter King Medal glitch and FS?

My winter king medal says it expires in 9-1-10 o.o is this a glitch? i noticed it few mintures ago when i tried renewing the medal at 12. Also how much would a 2 atk 3 dex FS cost in bera? plz and ty -JiggaTofuu
