So I got banned

Haven't been on in half a year then when I try to charge nx it says that I'm banned from maple... wth? how could I possibly get banned for NO reason? Am I the only one who's been randomlly banned?

Nexon has failed a lot with their bans lately due to auto ban and such. I'm wondering if GMs are just doing /ban -name- and mistyping names.

you almost ALWAYS get the same generic ban ticket response after waiting for a week or 2, this is what i got when I tried getting my 30 day ban lifted and corrected: Ticket I was banned from maplestory due to hacking or violating policies but I'm not using hacking, I never have, my computer is running nothing but my instant messenger, my virus protector, and windows updater. I would like this resolved, it is very offensive that I was incorrectly banned for hacking, a community of people whom I HATE, if you look at my feedback ticket from a few years ago you can see that vividly. I am very offended that for playing almost 14 hours a day and leaving the game up on my computer while I sleep to play in the morning, that I would be banned for something I'm not doing. Is it just me, or did Nexon remove the ticketing system? I can't find it anymore for some reason... Am I having a brain lapse? Edit: Yup. "The Nexon Support Site is currently unavailable while we perform an update to our ticketing system. " Missed that.
