Problem with "Drought In Perion"

I found the hydrants, I have the quest but I can't hit the hydrants to get the item, is it bugged? or am I suppose to do something beforehand.

i got the same problem plus all my friends in Khaini, Windia, and friends at school are complaining about this quest it's a weird quest in my opinion.

i didn't have any issues...two maps over from the city, smack the hydrants, get your goo.

When they added the "Abandoned Subway Station" for the new party quest, they GLITCHED the map so the fire hydrants NO LONGER show up. They used to, which is how everyone who's saying "it's easy, just hit them" did it back when it USED TO work. It DOESN'T WORK - NOW. Apparently Dunkin Doughnuts hasn't delivered a new batch of doughnuts so the programmers can get back to work.

I believe that the hydrants that you have found aren't the right ones because I couldn't find any at the Construction Site North of Kerning City, but I could find some in the previous maps.
