MS Freezes my computer

Having a serious problem with MapleStory. I don't have AVG for a antivirus , but I do have ESET Smart Security. I have reinstalled Maple and deleted AVG, but ever since the "Themida" virus appeared, I have been unsuccessful in logging on do to the fact that my computer will freeze up to a point where I have to hold down the power button to shut it off. Is there a way to get my MapleStory working again? Thanks

dun know but dont install avg again i couldnt play if i had avg but when i dowload it on other com without avg i could play

When was the last time you re-formatted your PC? if more than a year ago, now is the time to re-format Windows on your hard drive. This will solve more than one issue that you relate to on a daily basis. Additionally your PC will load faster and be more efficient when playing Maplestory and other tasks. Maybe re-DL it again? LOL? Scan comp please. Your virus protector is obviously not working. I use avast, annoying, but does the job.

Care to tell me what it does and if it will 100% guarantee it to work again? Thanks bud.
