So i am 18, and i smoke. I find it to be a stress reliever, and it helps cope with my life. What are your guys' opinion on smoking? Do any of you smoke? If so, why? If you do not smoke, What do you think of it? I am not trying to convince anyone to start smoking seeing as this forum is mainly used by teenagers. This is just a matter of opinions.

Like most things along these lines, I think using cigarettes is a personal choice, but that it is a very unhealthy one to make

I do smoke, my friends definately dont like it but im also CERTAINLY not addicted. Every once in a while when my relationship/school doesnt go well, id have a few smokes. It calms me and helps me think.

Yeah cigarettes are unhealthy for you. It just helps in times of great discomfort. @Nelon; I thought smoking was gross too at one point to be honest.

I really don't like people who smoke, they smell bad My dads a smoker and it really sucks, I wish he could stop

@Ruehl; Your friends care alot for you then. Mine tell me i shouldn't smoke, but they understand why i do so there's not a lot of pushing to quit. @FaceDesk; To be blunt, i am going to die one day. I would rather smoke and be content than waste my life being aggravated all the time.

I was brainwashed in elementary school saying one puff of a cigarette screws up your life. I tried it, but they're not addicting at all, for me. It was a great experience though.

I know you think your cool because you smoke. But your wasting your parents money. Giving money to bad people. your also killing your lungs and hearts. Ruining your perfect body. it also makes your teeth and eyes bad. a bad smile is the worst thing.
