The 'Evan' class will come out probably a few monthes give or take, after anniversary, we will be flooded with maple weapons and decently scrolled ones with the 40% anniversary scroll, if Nexon decided to keep it there.

No, they won't rise at all. This year, they'll be many more hackers than last year, so stupidly high amounts of maple weapons will flood into the economy. I foresee maple shields going as low as 10m.
