Warrior Fire Hydrant Quest

Hi, Im doing the warriors job quest which involves going to The Construction Site North Of Kerning City. The mission is to find 3 fire hydrants, smack them for quest drops. The problem is, there are no fire hydrants! Am I blind or is this another dead end or another "Nexon fail?"

It's glitched still I believe.

They are there.. they are 1 or 2 maps >> from kerning.. they look like the background but you can smack eem

I checked the mini map and the world map, yes I am in the right place. The fire hydrants should be breakable and drop green sludge.

The quest is in fact glitched, people with the helms got them before it was glitched, I had the same problem on my warrior. So i'm just waiting it out because i want that helm :D
