I got thirsty in school and decided to steal 2 small orange juices and an ice cream (4$ worth) I got caught and got 3 day suspension and now going to court, Whats going to happen to me? Please be serious.

You're not going to court on a fine of $4, I'll tell you right now. No school board in their right mind would send you to court over an icecream bar and a soda. Give them the $4 and a little extra, promise to do your suspension without oppose, and try to become a better student.

It's not an actual court, it's a school court. And in law, stealing is typically stealing. I don't know if they'd take a $4 payment for what you stole, but if this is your first large offense that you're being sent to 'court' then you'd probably get off with a warning or a small suspension, but nothing like expulsion. Your parents pay more to send you there then the $4 is worth. You shouldn't steal, though. I don't know why a thirsty person would steal an ice cream also. >_>

Going to court over four dollars? Pardon my French, but... wtf? I suppose I can understand a suspension, as the school needs to be able to show the students they don't tolerate theft, but as far as legal matters go, four dollars is laughable. If I went, I'd cause a big scene about how the tax payers' dollars are being wasted to settle a dispute that a single tax payer could have solved by digging through his laundry machine and looking under his couch cushions. Edit: Oh, school court. Well, still, that's a waste of time (and therefore money).

Well I got the stuff, big crowd in the lunch area, put in pocket and left the room, got to the table, some weird guy comes and say did u pay for those I said yeah, he goes lets go get your ID checked then i said jk i didnt then he took out his radio thing and called in the school cop + assistant principal they brought me in the police lady's room and said look youll be sent home today (friday) and will be suspended monday and tuesday youll also get a summon to the court, Btw If I were to take alot of OJ and they only caught me with 2 can they press charges against the other ones or do they need solid proof?

[/quote] So you plan on stealing more? You're an idiot. But no, they can't prove anything other than what they have proof of. They can say it you've stolen more, but unless they have a witness to confess or they saw it themselves then they're just empty words.
