Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Tactics!

Hey guys, Well I'm getting a PS3 on saturday along with Cod mw2. I've played it a few times on splitscreen at parties and whatnot but i need some tactics for the real deal....like things that you woudnt see in splitscreen that you'd see online. Heres what im looking for: • Good perks to use when and where • What guns to use and secondaries for custom classes (like intervension and then some auto rifles) • Some tactics... • What grenades/claymore kinda things i should use. Any help would be appreciated. And to hype this thread up, post anything you want about cod or even challenge other basilers!....have fun and ty~

i use the famas, red dot sight, and heartbeat sensor. perks...bling/stopping power/and the one that gives you more melee distance. kills people quick, gets the job done. my secondary is the rocket launcher, simply because i usually don't run out of ammo or I find some. The semtex grenades work quite well, but if you know how to use throwing knives they can be quite effective.

I use Intervention and Fmj Perks: Sleight of Hand Pro, Stopping power pro, Ninja pro/ steady aim pro(No scoping) I usually run around and quick scope people and Im pretty good at it I sometimes rarely use the UMP which I think is the best sub machine and I run around and drop shot

When you're sniping, i would use marathon, stopping power, and steady aim or scrambler. On the run and gun classes which mainly uses sub machines and pistols, i would use marathon, lightweight, and commando. When I use an assault class, i use bling ( FMJ and silencer ) , hardline, and ninja ( lots of people reccomend stopping power, but eventually you wont need it, but it still effects your damage by alot. With equipments, I mainly use semtex or mainly claymore

A good overall team deathmatch class is... any assault rifle. For you just starting out the m4 is amazing, because of its high rate of fire and accuracy, i suggest using the red dot sight. Use flash grenades, semtex (claymores prefered but you wont have them right when you start the game). Perks include, Scavenger for the blue, Stopping power for the red, and Ninja for the green. With scavenger pro and claymores you can plant a claymore, scavenge over an enemy body and plant another (note only 2 claymores at one time). yea thats pretty much what i use, but i swap out the assault rifles depending what mood im in.

For a class i would say Scar-H with any attachment you prefer with scavenger or steady aim, stopping power, and commando or ninja. The gun is accurate and powerful you pretty much only need 1-3 bullets to kill somone its crazy. Also it doesnt matter secondary you use its really all up to you. For tactics i say you play defensively. Meaning you should find a spot where people would go to and wait for a little while then move across the map gradually or just run and gun. Running and gunning can get you killed a lot unless you know what youre doing like flankning the team constantly or using your flash/stun grenades effectively. You'll soon find a playing style that suits you best good luck.

At above: Im not trying to be a butthead or anything but it you are caught without ninja pro on any class then you are pretty much screwed if you are playing with that are actually skilled Edit: I mean at Martin<3

I <3 the M4A1 since CoD4 with the Red Dot Sight and Silencer; I usally use a pistol or a Stinger in the secondary class. Perks: Bling, Stopping Power and Steady Aim. For the equipment I normally use semtex, but I'm using the throwing knives now.
