My friend in the FM beside me had a 24 str SAUNA up for 3 days and the highest offer was 270m. It sold for that. I'd estimate a bathrobe being worth probably 350m...you should lower it to around 35k NX or maybe 30k

Well put it at 45k NX but I think you'll need to find a desperate buyer or a very special case to get that for it because high-end items are tough to get their "estimated" worth.
