God of War 3 will be better than Mass Effect 2. Final Fantasy XIII or Final Fantasy Versus XIII will probably win best RPG. kkthxforfanboying To anyone denying this : God of War is definitely one of, if not the best action series in the world. God of War 3 is so god damn anticipated it's scary. Shooting RPG's are stupid. Turn based RPG's need to make a come back.

God of War Collection is still a best selling game, despite the games themselves being old. Final Fantasy is a better RPG franchise than Mass Effect.

[/quote] first of all God of War 3 and Mass Effect 2 are different genres . 2nd; saying shooting RPG's are stupid is just your opinion and doesnt help you case esp since you state it as a fact. 3rd; idk about others but i call Mass Effect 2 more of a straightforward shooting game rather then an RPG anyways as you are shooting stuff most of the game not making choices.

[/quote] Mass Effect is obviously an RPG. @Above : Leave the thread Do you even know what God of War is about? It's based on greek mythology. It's not just a kid with a sword killing random monsters and killing some stupid bosses in a sequel that sucked after windwaker If you think god of war is a button masher, you need to wake up right now

[/quote] ive played God of War 1 and 2 and they are really good IMO, if you dont like them then thats you but dont bash it unless youve tried it. mass effect 2 is a good game idk about being better then uncharted 2 and anyways that falls down to personal preference, also IMO people shouldnt bash a game just cuz they dont like its genre, if you like it play it, otherwise dont bash it.

Uncharted 2 - 96 Mass Effect 2 - 96 Number of Critics that gave Mass Effect 100/100 : 27 Number of Critics that gave Uncharted 2 100/100 : 41 Number of total critics for Mass Effect 2 : 80 Number of total critics for Uncharted 2 : 104 If you judge from the ratio given here, Uncharted 2 got a better rating.
