Im not sure but i think i messed up my stats on my Aran. He has 232 Str, 80 Dex, and hes lvl 60. I was aiming for normal dex and i capped it at 80 because some one told me my dex is too high. Im kinda upset because i put too much effort on him and i think its messed up. Im not the warrior type so im not sure. Did i mess up? Is my dex too high? Should i continue? please help me and tell me what i did wrong.

80 dex is a tad high these days. For a long time ago it would be regular. Its up to you I guess.

There is no such thing as too much dex. (Unless you have more dex than str...) A couple of extra points in dex just means less money to use on accuracy equips.

i always cap my dex at 80 on my warriors so you should be fine

Look at is this way. What Dex those Dexless people make up in equipment, you have naturally. All you have to worry about is Str equipment! Which when you think about it, is considerably less expensive than Dex equipment.

[/quote] str overalls are more expensive then dex overalls and yur fine it actually all depends on your accuracy if your having fun with yur aran and leveling find then dont worry about it :]

Don't worry about what other people think. 80 dex is normal (I consider). Thats the typical 1 i see! As long as your having fun don't worry what other people think.

There are plenty of things you can't scroll with str (hat, shoes, earrings). Just about the only thing that's worth it is a str cape, where they actually are cheaper.

seriously, dont people bother to research a class before they play it? 80 base dex was regular like 2 years ago, 60 base was about 1 year ago and now-a-days 30-40 is more than manageable while unfunded but willing to do some quests to earn money (pretty much no merchanting), if you think about all the new things in GMS compared to 2 years ago its pretty logical for the base dex drop, Consider Maker, BoF, easily obtainable zhelms, plus all the extra stuff. @TS: its not worth it to restart, your damage lost by the extra points in dex is pretty insignificant.

[/quote] I guess, but if you think about it in a positive way, you don't have to buy DEX equips so you can spend your money on getting a good Arcglaive! :D
