What the hell is wrong with the community?

So last night, I wanted to get a celebrity medal. I got 14 fame, and I ended up at 32, I needed at least 33 fame a day to get the medal. I spent most of the day buying fame, and I was going to go to bed. I went in Henesys and I put up an Omok Game asking people for fame, hoping to get at least 1. I wake up the next morning with 10 fame. Yes, I was defamed 22 times. I checked Dalair and it says "Your popularity has increased by -8." Why is the community so bad?

I didn't use the old "Buying fame, leave name" thing. I just merely asked them for fame. Plenty of people do it..

Every night I open a shop, I wake up with 5 more fame, even though I get at least 3 threats in my shop saying "I'm going to defame joo if u dunn move!"

I was just hoping that by going to sleep and opening this game, I'd get one or two fame. I always fame people like that if I haven't used it. But still, if people didn't want to fame me, why would they defame me? It just proves that the community is bad.
