Trying to get Monster Crystal 3. What monster should I hunt?

Hi, I'm trying to get monster crystal 3s, which are made in the maker skill by using 100 monster drops from the levels of 61 - 70. I was wondering which monster would be the best to train at. I've been at the green goblins in Mushroom Shrine, but i was wondering if there is anything better than those? Thanks. :]

Ask for the drops in mp3 since a lot of people train there.

1. MP3 doesn't work, since the monsters aren't in the monsterbook. 2. It's easier to dissemble equipments in the lv range. 3. Don't even try to collect all that etc.

Buy extremely under average level 70 weapons from the FM or even auctions here (like 1h axes or something no one uses) for cheap, stick that weapon in the disassemble area of maker, and boom, you get about 5 or so crystals depending on your luck. Level 70 overalls work too, but they dont give as many as weapons do

you better disarm a level 61-70 weapon/item to get those, it makes your life easier.

I haven't tried, but how about the skeletons in the excavation site? The spawn seems somewhat decent.

Just buy level 70 weapons and armour and pull them apart in Maker. I believe you get more for the armour, which is often cheaper, too.

[/quote] your guide is pretty good, when i required some assistance i read only the parts that i needed, hence i dont know if what im going to tell you is in there, perhaps it is and you should included it if it is not, because it helped me a bit when i realised about it. anyways, when you are making crystals from lets say lv101-110 monsters pieces, there is a small chance to get the next superior monster crystal, in this case the one that would come from lv111-120 monster pieces, this might help players that wants to farm higher crystals without actually hunting higher level monsters. from my experience, the chance is around 5% and 10%.
