Questions about CWK Exchange Quest PreQuests

I have 2 questions 1) what are the quests i need to do and 2) what is the best map to hunt for the hyper glyphs

1. I believe you have to do both the phantom seed and elder ashes quest to open up the exchange quest 2. That map right before the gryphons was the one I used, the drop rate is abysmal though

for the exchange quest, you have to complete taggrins phantom seeds, and the "find jack" series of quests
