Extremly awkward moments

So last week i came to my cousin's house. When i came over she and her friend were the only ones there. So i went into the guest room and started changing, i left the door open though. When i turn around to get my pair of shorts i see her friend staring at me changing. And i always see her now since im staying with my cousins and she comes over constantly. How do you make this situation not awkward..
