Windows 7 help PLEASE

I just upgraded 2 windows 7 home premium with a nice new comp, and i figured, wow this will be great for maple, less lag! I read all the forums on the general google searches on running maple with windows 7 before i bought it and assumed i'd get a fix one way or another. WOW was i wrong. EVERY single compatibility variation (other then windows xp service pack 3) turned out with the error code -2147467259. Then the windows service pack 3 gives me a hack shield error 000000...(4). Yea i ran as admin, and yea i would have given up by now, if it weren't for the fact that every1 i know on w7 got it working and the other fact is that in every single yahoo answer and general forum question i see, the one who always fixes the problem for the person who asked the question always says "maplestory should work without a problem on any version of windows above the requirements" and things like that. Is hack shield just blocking compadibility mode? How do i get past this? Is there more i need 2 do? Heres my system specs if it matters. -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU ~2.7GHz -9216Mb RAM -NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 graphics card. -Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (Build 7600) -screen resolution 1920 by 1080 on a 21.5in monitor (resolution may be a problem?)

Take it out of compatibility mode, first of all. And install the driver for you graphic card. http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_winvista_64bit_196.21_whql.html

It works perfectly on Win7. I've run it on Beta, RC, RTM and Ultimate (Final). Check all of your drivers.

Pm me for any questions but: 1. Have you tried running it with compatability mode disabled (unchecked)? If it doesn't work, what error message is showing/which problems are you having? 2. Do as above suggested and install drivers. 3. Try disabling antivirus. Some anti viruses don't allow maplestory to run. One of my friends had a problem where it would load and then freeze after two minutes. There was an option ( I can't remember which now ) on his antivirus which, when disabled, fixed it.
