As far as i know evan isnt a legend he just fell into a hole found a dragon or smthing and became hes partner And now that i think it MAYBE the blades thief isnt a legend O.O who knows xD

So technically, he is a legend, just a soon-to-be one.

technically speaking evan isn't a legend, but a legend to be Freed was the origanal legend that fought with Mir (the dragon)
