Autoban from dc hack?

I was being dc hacked in freemarket, i usually dont DC from dc hacks but once the hacker DCED himself i got this message http://img706.imageshack.us/img706/6483/maple0137n.jpg I got dced but i wasnt banned for some reason. What the crap?

Hacker send a packet to you. Theres a reflect d/c hack and that makes it so it shows that the dcer's whispers is disabled when your not even whispering him
