An Incident, and the Missing Alchemist

Hey there Im having toruble with this quest, although im not sure if its a glitch Ive already been to the hidden-street page for the quest however it doesn't help at all. The problem im having is that when i go to alcadno lab A-3 i reach the pitch black room and whilst inside i see a green dot on my mini map which i have to reach by climbing to its location i assume. However i've already managed to reach the green dot however theres nothign to loot or click on in the entire map and the spot where the green dot is, is just empty space. Has anyone else had this problem? If anyone knows how to pass this quest please help me

Try standing directly on top of where the green dot is on the map, and hitting the npc key on your setup. That should activate it. Edit: Here's a guide that might help, just in case you forget how to get back to the npc. An incident, and the missing alchemist

I managed to do that quest just fine, maybe your mouse cursor screwed up? That happens sometimes if you click on the chatbox. If that's the reason, reclick the chatbox and you'll be okay. If not, try npc button like above said lol.

dude that happens to me too! its really annoying! I found a ladder just to the right of the portal but it takes me to a ledge that goes nowhere!

[/quote] Nono, it's a Jump Quest, but in the dark. An easy one. On that ledge, there is another ladder. Then on the ledge from that ladder walk >>> and you'll fall onto a conveyor belt, and then I forgot the rest but if you google a guide you should be able to do it.

The guide I posted shows screen shots of the map and makes it easy to proceed by using mesos as markers. But yeah, I couldn't click it either. Now I use my npc button for everything. Tip: If you put the npc-button the the "Y" key, it auto accepts or chooses the correct responses for npcs. Easy for trying to go on boats or npcs that ask you questions and don't allow you to procees until you choose the correct answer.

I finished mine by standing exactly on the green dot then clicking slightly above your characters head.
